Chuffed to tell you that Megan Grant has made it onto the C&IT Magazine A List, bringing our total A Lister count to five.
Megs is a great all round event professional … she’s highly organised, has an impressive eye for detail and works really well as part of team, always bringing the best out of others to come up with and execute great creative ideas. Her ability to listen to her clients and challenge their thinking wins out every time and means she builds great client relationships.
This last year has been a big year for her as she spread her wings and flew solo with two major events for two of our biggest clients and was promoted to Senior Account Manager in recognition of all her achievements.
Pushing creative boundaries
For a long standing client in the drinks sector, Megs took an event that we’ve already run for four years and injected a big dose of her trade mark creativity to bring the sales messaging to life in a totally new way.
Megan worked with the UK MD and individual brand directors, agreeing objectives and then coming up with novel ways to engage the audience. LED technology and a super-wide screen meant all content had to be created specifically to fit the format.
And for the evening event? A festival … in November. In tipis! Of course … Megs loves a challenge.
Feedback was amazing, with massive positivity about the new format and a general sense of excitement about the year ahead.
Richard Bridge, creative director & co-founder said: “We’re really proud that Megs has made it onto the A List. Megs always goes above and beyond … her client feedback scores are exceptional and she does all of this with a big smile on her face every day. Every member of the Top B team has massive respect for her in terms of what she does and how she does it on a daily basis.
“Since joining Top B, Megs has grown massively across all areas of her role. From creative pitch writing, leading meetings with CEOs and senior execs, to running and delivering effective, memorable events, she manages a team that runs multiple events, both in the UK and overseas.”
Well done Megs!
