We are super chuffed to announce that our very own Director of Incentives, Elliott Grant, has been announced as President of SITE GB.
The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), puts the ‘I’ in the MICE industry and is the only business events association dedicated exclusively to the global incentive travel industry. Taking over from 2019 President, Sue Burgess, Elliott will lead the SITE GB board to carry out their mission to promote global incentive travel to reward, retain and motivate. A big job, but one we know he’s ready for.
Elliott comments “It was great to work with the SITE GB board in 2019 as President Elect and we’re looking forward to another fantastic year driving the GB chapter forward. The incentives industry is going from strength to strength with recent research from the SITE Foundation Survey suggesting that both the number of people eligible for travel rewards and incentive budgets are increasing.”
He continues “Being part of the board at SITE GB really benefits the team here at Top Banana, giving us access to the latest research and trends which we can in turn pass on to our clients. Over the past 18 months we’ve really pushed the creative boundaries and organised some of the most memorable trips yet. Clients are starting to think outside the box when it comes to incentive travel and are considering new destinations and more adventurous programmes for their employees. We’re definitely up for the challenge again in 2020.”
