GBG came to Top Banana asking for a case study film that shared how international florist company, Bloom and Wild, have improved their website customer experience by using GBG’s Loqate global address verification software during the checkout process.


To explain the complex tool, a creative was designed that transformed an in-depth case study into a film that could easily share to consumers how Loqate technology allows for a seamless, accurate delivery service; something that benefits all parties involved. During a full day shoot at Bloom and Wilds’ London headquarters, a series of face to face interviews and cutaway shots depicted how the companies were working together. This included the Bloom and Wild CEO and Senior colleagues, followed by some additional shooting with Loqate members of staff in their London office.

The second day of filming took place at GBG’s HQ in Worcester to cover their side of the story with contributions from marketing and technical teams. Having interviews with both companies allowed us to show the strong partnership the businesses had forged and how they mutually benefit one another. The final edit was completed at Top Banana’s edit facilities including music overlays and grading, to create a professional finish that displays a great client relationship.
