As the first incentive trip for the AVON team in over two years, this one needed to exceed all expectations, because this year their getaway was going to be turned on its head.

AVON wanted to merge three separate teams, who had all previously experienced individual incentive trips, in one incredible trip of a lifetime as an entire AVON family.

We all know, family holidays can get a little stressful sometimes, right? And with the AVON winner’s ages ranging from 18-70, this needed to be inclusive for all, with plenty of opportunities to bond as a collective. Lucky for AVON, creating team harmony in inspiring locations is our kind of thing.

BRING IT TO LIFE

We flew the whole team out to Toronto, Canada for an experience like no other. As an incentive destination, Canada was brand new for AVON and the city is so accessible for all, so it was an absolute win win!

Across four nights, we planned a special itinerary that would blow the socks off our winners. We took classic sight-seeing trips to the next level, checking out Niagara Falls with a breath-taking helicopter ride and gasping at the glistening cityscape from the CN Tower, where the team enjoyed a luxury dinner and drinks reception.
