London expansion for Top Banana

Top Banana is super excited to announce that we have expanded our London operation with a move to new offices in The Leather Market in Bermondsey and have grown the team with two new recruits.  

The new office makes perfect sense at this exciting point in the company’s development. Founder and CEO Richard Bridge comments, “We’ve taken on several new clients based in London, so growing our office here in the capital means we can service those clients more effectively. The Leather Market is an awesome place which really reflects the Top Banana brand and gives us space to grow in the future. The London team utilises the experienced graphics, venue finding and film / editing services at our Midlands head office, but are on hand for clients at the drop of a hat.

Head of London Jez Audus adds: From a recruitment perspective, being in London has opened up a new pool of talent which gives us access to some of the best event professionals in the industry, like our new recruits Katy and Alicia.

Katy Cushen has joined as Senior Account Manager and brings impressive experience including delivering events across three continents. In her most recent role she spent four years working on Mobile World Congress … a massive event for over 100,000 people from the world of mobile communications in the city of Barcelona.  

Also new is Alicia Pearson who joins as Account Manager – a natural progression for this consummate event professional. In her last role, Alicia especially loved working on a major activation at Cannes Lions 2016 which was held on a superyacht and involved everything from client hospitality, production, staffing, content delivery, ground transportation and talent management.

The business is flourishing and has a growing reputation for delivering amazing events for great brands – a reputation we’ve proud of. We’re looking forward to continued growth in the months ahead and this new London office will help us to provide the kind of service our clients have come to expect from us.
