Endellion King joins Top Banana as Account Director.

Following the launch of our new incentive travel offering, we are chuffed to welcome Endellion King to the growing Incentives team. Endellion joins Top Banana as Account Director and will be based out of our London office.

Endellion joins from Crown BC where he worked as a Senior Event Logistics Manager and before that as a Senior Project Manager at Adding Value. Reporting to Elliott Grant, Director of Incentives, Endellion will be responsible for brining in new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients and of course creating and operating amazing incentive travel programmes. With over 16 years’ experience Endellion has created some truly amazing incentive trips and has travelled to every corner of the world.

Endellion comments “It’s a really exciting time to join Top Banana and help establish their new incentives offering from scratch. I’m really looking forward to working with Elliott and the wider team and help grow the business’s incentive offering. I’ve always been aware of Top Banana as they have a fantastic industry reputation and create some incredible events and communications for their clients.”

Elliott Grant, Director of Incentives, comments “It’s great to welcome Endellion on board at the start of this exciting expansion for Top Banana. We’re both really looking forward to driving the incentive offering forward and welcoming new clients on board. Endellion is a great fit, combining a real understanding of the incentive market with a passion for pushing creative boundaries.”

Top Banana’s new incentives offering will provide clients with tailored incentive programmes to help engage, motivate and reward their audience. The launch of this new service offering comes as part of the business’s new five-year growth strategy and is one of many exciting developments planned for the communications agency.
